Did you know when it comes to anniversaries, year 11 is symbolized as the year of strength with an emphasis on durability? Just like a marriage, Openlove101 has proven itself strong through its first decade. Not only have John and I put our heart and soul into providing content weekly for these past 11 years, we are committed to remaining a voice of reason and encouragement for those couples and singles intent on creating relationships that maintain growth and a common goal. 

When I think about the past 11 years I am left in awe by the sheer expansion of the “lifestyle” and how many people have resolved to take control of their relationships. People who are excited about what their marriage can be and how supporting each other has become the goal. They are ready to dig deep and lean into each other in ways that embrace transparency and vulnerability. These are the people who keep John and I inspired. 

We want people to be inspired about their relationships. We want everyone to feel heard and seen. We want to teach couples how to communicate. How to listen. And how to comprehend what their partner is saying. We hope those who tune in or take the time to read our blogs come away empowered and with a renewed strength. 

Life is a beautiful gift and it’s that much sweeter when we have others to share in the gift giving. We have the opportunity to learn from one another, to share our experiences, and even expose cautionary tales all in a bid to aid those on their journey. We are a community determined to be the best we can be and to share those good times with others. 

We hope all of you will be inspired to continue on your journey the way you all have inspired us to continue spreading the message. None of this would be possible without the love and support of each and every one of you. Thank you for listening.
