Changing This One Thing Will Enhance Your Swingers Lifestyle

What in the world does eating have to do with a blog about swingers lifestyle, sex and relationships, you ask? I have found in the nearly 4 years I have given up consuming anything from an animal, that it has affected my life in many ways. The way we eat has a direct impact on our health, our mental being and our spirituality. These 5 things are only a fraction of the many ways my life has changed for the better.

1. I Stay Harder, Longer

Jackie has noticed over the course of the past couple of years that I’m harder. The only things that have changed are I’ve gotten older and my diet. I’ve noticed I am not only harder, but stay harder longer. Many men at my age have erectile dysfunction issues, although erectile dysfunction isn’t really something that has to do with age. It can actually be an early sign of cardiovascular disease or clogging of the arteries. According to the Mayo Clinic, “making lifestyle changes such as exercising, changing your diet or losing weight may be enough to help keep your heart healthy — and improve your ability to have an erection.” Since I have cut animal products including dairy and eggs out of my diet my bad cholesterol levels have dropped and I feel better overall.

2. My Breath Smells Better

I don’t think I ever really had bad breath unless it was from eating lots of garlic bread, but Jackie has told me my breath smells good. I get up in the morning and don’t have that bad taste in my mouth like I used to have. According to Healthguidance.org, making a change in your diet and eating more alkaline forming/mucus binding foods also known as, you guessed it right…Fruits and Vegetables, can help your breath smell good. Having good smelling breath is not only important for me when I’m with Jackie, but not being self conscience about my breath when we are meeting new people in a swinger’s club is also very important.

3. I Am in Better Physical Shape

Not only has my diet changed, but I have started working out more. Jackie and I do T25 by Beach Body, 5 or 6 days a week. There is no doubt this has helped my stamina, but I think the food I eat plays a role as well. Many people I’ve talked to over the years think eating meat is the only way to grow muscles. There are more and more vegan athletes proving this theory wrong…myself included. Being able to have sex at a faster, harder pace for longer periods is definitely a benefit for both of us!

4. I Have Less Stress

Is the way I eat affecting my mental and spiritual being or am I more at peace because I am having more sex? I think it’s a combination of both and It’s a never ending cycle. Added bonus…less stress…better relationships…more sex…less stress!

5. I Get More Repeat Blowjobs

Many women have told me that each man’s semen taste different. From bitter to sweet tasting, strong to mild. What we eat has a direct correlation to how we taste. Hippocrates put it best…”You are what you eat!” A new girlfriend gives you a blowjob one night after you’ve eaten fast food hamburgers for lunch and dinner the past week. It could very well be the last BJ you get from her. Or…man eats berries, man gets a blowjob, semen tastes yummy, man eats more berries, woman gives the man another blowjob, man eats more berries…Another never ending cycle!

So as you can see the foods I eat have had a very positive effect on my swinger sex life and my life in general. I know making such a radical change in what we eat can be very difficult for many people. You might see some changes in the way you look and feel by taking little steps…cutting fast food out of your diet and adding more fruits and vegetables to your meals.

Here’s a great documentary called Forks Over Knives that examines the profound claim that most; if not all; of the so-called “diseases of affluence” that afflict us can be controlled; or even reversed; by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods.

Also, there are many products out there today that can help with the transition to eating a plant based diet. If you’re interested in finding out more about the way Jackie and I eat please contact us. In the meantime, have sex, have fun and stay open minded!
